Store staff managing national operations don't have time for onboarding. Two parallel internal tools, workshop management and financial orchestration, had to work on first contact. One shared design system made that possible across both products simultaneously.

Twelve years in enterprise environments, consumer goods, life sciences, retail, and energy, working embedded with product and engineering teams across multiple simultaneous projects. I've built design systems while the product kept shipping, run research across markets where I didn't speak the language, and closed engagements with the same rigour I brought to the first sprint.
