Project Overview

SPAR, a renowned multinational franchise, sought to revolutionize its online shopping experience, catering to a wide demographic while maintaining its brand ethos of quality and convenience. The InterSPAR Supermarket App is a comprehensive mobile platform designed to elevate the online shopping experience for users across various age groups, ensuring seamless navigation, easy checkout, and enticing promotions.

Problem

Online shopping experiences often lack user-friendliness, especially for older demographics. SPAR aimed to bridge this gap and infuse vibrancy and simplicity into their app to cater to diverse user needs.

Goal

The primary goal was to create an intuitive, joyful, and accessible app for anyone interested in online shopping, specifically targeting users aged 18 to 65.

  • Onboarding flow: First Page Screen with Promotions, Browse/Search, Cart, Bottom Menu.
  • Signup flow: Loyalty plan with comprehensive details and optional fields for added convenience.
  • Product flow: Catalog and product improvement interaction for quick access and navigability.
  • Checkout flow: Multiple upselling offers, gift selection, delivery confirmation, loyalty point redemption, and voucher code insertion
